Free lunch with a rooftop stop overlooking Jemaa el-Fna, where you can enjoy traditional performances, street musicians, and snake charmers.
In the afternoon, visit to the Majorelle Garden with the option to explore the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
Dinner at leisure. Overnight stay in a riad.
DAY 3
After breakfast, departure towards southern Morocco, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) through the stunning landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains.
Main stops along the way:
The Ounila Valley, with its canyons and ancient kasbahs
Visit to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
Stop in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco”
Arrival in Agdz, in the heart of the Draa Valley
Dinner and overnight stay at Hara Oasis Lodge.
DAY 4
After breakfast, visit to the historic Tamnougalt Kasbah.
Crossing desert landscapes, we reach:
Alnif, known for its rich deposits of prehistoric fossils
Rissani, a historic caravan town with a vibrant traditional market
In the afternoon, arrival in Merzouga.
Enjoy a sunset camel ride through the golden dunes of the Erg Chebbi Desert.
Dinner under the stars with traditional Berber music by the fire.
Overnight stay in a tent at Magic Luxury Camp.
DAY 5
Early wake-up to admire the sunrise over the desert.
After breakfast, departure for:
Meeting with nomadic families in the surrounding area
Visit to Khamlia, an African village known for its live Gnawa music
Exploration of the Mifiss Mines
Return to your riad in Merzouga.
Dinner and overnight stay at Riad Chebbi.
DAY 6
After breakfast, departure for Erfoud, with a stop at a fossil workshop to discover the region’s rich prehistoric heritage.
The journey continues toward the dramatic landscapes of:
The Todra Gorges, with towering cliffs up to 300 meters high
The Dades Valley, famous for its surreal rock formations like the “Monkey Fingers”
Along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, dotted with ancient Berber fortresses
Dinner and overnight stay at Riad Paradise Dades.
DAY 7
After visiting the Dades Gorges:
Drive through the Valley of Roses, especially magical during the spring bloom
Stop at the majestic Amridil Kasbah, one of the most iconic in southern Morocco
Continue the journey back to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains
Dinner at leisure. Overnight stay in a riad.
