DAY 1
Arrival at Tangier airport or port and departure towards the Rif Mountains, passing through the white city of Tetouan. Short stop in Chefchaouen, the “Blue Pearl of Morocco”, known for its sky-blue medina and Andalusian-style houses. Stroll through Outa-el-Hammam Square with views of the Tarik Ben Ziad Mosque and the kasbah. Continue on to Fès, the cultural capital of Morocco.

DAY 2
After breakfast, full day with an official guide exploring Fès, the oldest of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities. Visit the UNESCO-listed Medieval Medina, Bou Inania Madrasa, Al Karaouine Mosque, Attarine Madrasa, and Nejjarine Square with its famous mosaic fountain. Stops include the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, traditional tanneries, and a ceramic workshop. Free time in the afternoon.

DAY 3
Departure south with a stop in Ifrane, the “Little Switzerland”, and Azrou, home to the Barbary macaques in the cedar forests. Cross the lush Ziz Valley, dotted with oases and Berber villages. Arrival in Merzouga, at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Free time.

DAY 4
A day dedicated to desert exploration: visit nomadic families, stop in Khamlia for a live Gnawa music concert, and visit the Mifiss mines. Return to Merzouga in the afternoon. At sunset, camel trek across the golden dunes to a traditional Berber camp. Dinner under the stars with live traditional music.

DAY 5
Early wake-up to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, camel ride back to Merzouga. Departure for Erfoud, known for its prehistoric fossils, and continue to the spectacular Todra Gorges. Arrival in the scenic Dadès Valley, famed for its wind-sculpted rock formations.

DAY 6
After breakfast, cross the Valley of Roses, famous for Damask rose cultivation, and arrive at Ouarzazate, home of the Atlas Film Studios. Continue to Ait-Ben-Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and iconic Moroccan kasbah. Crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), arrival in Marrakech in the evening.

DAY 7
After breakfast, full day exploring Marrakech, the “Red City” named after its ochre walls. Visits to Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Menara Gardens, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the famous Majorelle Gardens with optional entrance to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Free time in the legendary Jemaa el-Fna Square for a panoramic tea break. Return to the riad.
